Hello fellas!
This thing needs some updating. Well, here's something I oughta' share with all of you.
Tuesdays with morrie.It's a book I purchased not long ago, and I tell you, If you don't know where to spend your 15 dollars, well.. here's a great book to read!
It talks about life or to be more detailed, the meaning of life. And, to hook you onto the book, here are some quotations that would definitely get you to read the book.
" Don't let go too soon, but don't hang on too long " ,now this, hit me real hard. I was in a very failed relationship, and all I could think about is how much I've lost and how much I regret being in that sort of relationship. Yes, I haven't been thinking of letting go. And when I've read this sentence from the book itself, it spoke to me. I don't have to let go too soon, but i shouldn't hang on long neither.
Sometimes, we just make things complicated when everything's just too simple.
" Accept the past, without denying it or discarding it "I believe in this sentence. It's true. If I asked you, why would you wanna forget your past? most of you would definitely answer, " Oh, it's cuz the past hurts me, it brings back bad memories. " Tell you what, your past, is something that you can never throw away. Even if it hurts, face it, cuz as most sayings states it, " no pain, no gain. " Which basically means, everyone still has to face trials and pain to gain a better tomorrow.
Well, I won't say much. Do purchase the book if you have the money. And to those who wanna read it but don't have the money, I'm willing to lend it. Just please, kindly return it in one piece.
